I support the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), specifically the Office of Information Technology (OIT), within the Department of Justice (DOJ). My role involves collaborating with Federal Government Directors, Contract Program Managers, Project Managers, Executive Leaders, and various staff members. I am responsible for taking minutes, answering inquiries, coordinating activities, setting up meetings, and ensuring that operations run smoothly for both staff and leadership.

Additionally, I gather financial data for projects and use the ServiceNow tool to generate reports for management review. This information is based on updates from project managers across multiple projects, allowing me to effectively track their overall status.

I work closely assisting the senior management for the Director of Software Development, Operations, Engineering and Program Support areas and various components within EOIR.

Develop and manage comprehensive operational schedules and project milestones. Create timelines based on project requirements, key milestones, and critical path analysis for multiple projects. This ensures effective tracking of planned versus actual performance across multiple projects utilizing ServiceNow PPM and, previously, Microsoft Project. Regularly monitor project progress and performance, providing detailed reports to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Provide input, support, status, and progress of activities to the value management office (VMO) and research resources focused on measurement of value and assist with coordinating activities within the value stream.

Support the Director of HR and the corporate office with various administrative tasks, such as selecting and interviewing new candidates, managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, updating new hire boards, providing training, and maintaining staff files that contain personally identifiable information (PII).

Analyze, review, and control all management correspondence via the OITPMO mailbox. Maintain executive level dashboards with reporting of status, cost, schedule performance, while following the PMO (SDLC – System Development Life Cycle Methodologies). I create and present the Portfolio Investment Review Committee Agenda for our senior management team.

Support the existing processes for tracking and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to ensure effective achievement of objectives and key results. Use OKR template to reduce manual approvals to reduce approval times by 20%.

Support the PMO with updating customers working documents, such as the PMO Charter, PMO Management Process, PMO Roadmap, and various deliverables.

Analyze administrative programs and coordinate management directives. Assist managers with

Project plans with analysis for development, schedule formulation and execution.

As a ServiceNow Administrator I perform day-to-day support, with planning and managing project scheduling, resources, troubleshooting and financial cost of the ServiceNow Project Management platform (PPM). I identify and resolve problems that require coordination and integration with various departments and work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow. I receive ServiceNow requests daily, such as adding new users, groups, roles, and labor rate for time keeping. I receive incident tickets, perform regular maintenance, create, and review weekly status reports and dashboards, perform imports, and escalate defects as a Hi ticket to ServiceNow as needed.

I work closely with the ServiceNow development and configuration team with correcting project schedule financial issues, testing and entering user stories.

I used ServiceNow for forecasting costs, Estimates at Completion (EAC), Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Base Line Cost for financial outcomes.

Provide training and support for the use of ServiceNow to all EOIR OIT employees. This is a crucial step towards ensuring all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize ServiceNow effectively and efficiently.

Project Analyst: Manage the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Program Delivery Timeline & Deliverables. Provide oversight of the EA tool to ensure processes and documentation align with various duties.

Provide on-going EA Project/Solution level modeling support for EOIR projects.

Assist with Assessment of the EA and make recommendations to OIT Leadership on artifacts and framework that would be most effective within the organization.
