Assist the Safety Director and Safety Supervisor with gathering reports, creating spreadsheets, and other tasks as requested. Onboard new drivers and enter them into all of the systems they are required to use and be registered in for the railroads and ports. I run processes such as MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, and background through the Tenstreet platform and gather copies of items to include their CDL, Medical Card, TWIC Card, SS Card, Registration Cab Card, Annual Inspection, Voided check/direct deposit form, and the like. I handle incoming and make outgoing employment verifications for our drivers: past, present, & incoming. I also call or send out a message on the Samsara platform letting drivers know when their CDL or Med Card is about to expire. We run Annual Clearinghouse and MVR reports on our fleet, which consists of 4 terminals: Memphis, Nashville, Dallas, and Houston. I also filled in for our recruiter when she left at the beginning of November, which included making phone calls to drivers who applied, or expressed interest in applying, and provided them with information regarding our company pay structure and deductions.
