Director-Imaging Services

Serve as Director for a full service Imaging department at Valley Children's Healthcare in the San Joaquin Valley including 2 off-site locations with 24 hour responsibility for day to day operations.

Successfully maintained annual budget of over $150 million in department with overall volumes of 250,000/year.

Restructured management team to provide proper span of control for operational support of 99 FTS’s and 10 Radiologists.

Responsible for General Radiology, Orthopedic Imaging, Fluoroscopy, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, DEXA, Nuclear Medicine, PACS Administration, Imaging Analytics, Support staff including Registration, Scheduling and Image Library staff.
