Developed training and support materials with a team of instructional designers and technical writers for the US Census Bureau.

• Developed training courses from storyboard to final product for updated Census field rep and field rep management systems using Articulate to create interactive lessons and a simulation assessment.

• Created short internal training videos, including writing and recording scripts, for Census staff on multiple systems using Camtasia.

Instructional Designer

Designed and developed web-based training courses for multiple federal agencies and non-government organizations from storyboard to final product. Collaborated with programmers, graphic artists, narrator talent, clients, and SMEs to create engaging and informative training and supporting materials such as student guides, train-the-trainer manuals, and job aids.

• Led conversion of ILT project leader training into three short WBT courses for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) including storyboarding content and creating a decision-based activity conducted through a simulated “Teams” chat with a more experienced project leader who guides learner to the most effective outcome.

• Led update of existing Department of Energy (DOE) Project Management Essentials WBT consisting of 15 modules from Flash to HTML5, thoroughly reviewing all course materials and interactions to meet 508- compliance, as well as the course structure and objectives to ensure learner success.

• Designed a 5-lesson WBT using the CISA Cyber Essentials for Building a Culture of Cyber Readiness for the Department of Homeland Security, focusing on real-world cyber scenarios faced by small businesses across the U.S, where learners apply their knowledge in decision-based activities built around each scenario with good, better, and best outcomes.

• Developed WBT for two courses for the NIH DAIDS Cross-Network on transgender participants and HIV counseling, working with SMEs to sequence and structure material to ensure learning; create engaging activities to facilitate that learning; and ensure that technical information and references were current and correct. ISD reviewer/developer for two additional courses on clinical lab practices and reporting system for DAIDS.

• Designed two courses for the Federal Acquisition Institute’s (FAI) Small Business Strategies for Multiple-Award Contracts and Writing Quality Past Performance Evaluations; and developed storyboard for the Innovation and the FAR Guiding Principles Knowledge Nugget (https://www.fai.gov/media-library/item/innovation-and-far- guiding-principles).
