Prepared initial Closing Disclosure. Includes verifying minimum cash investment from borrower(s), concessions, RESPA compliance, QM Review, along with all loan program guidelines and requirements. Finalized Closing Disclosure and released closing documents to title. Collaborated effectively with loan officers, loan processors, escrow officers and funder to meet all closing deadlines.
Managed and resolved any concerns, problems, and documentation issues. Acted as an intermediary between all parties involved in the mortgage loan transactions.

As a Transaction Manager, I represented a vital role in coordinating directly with loan processors and the team closer to ensure the dosing disclosure deadlines were achieved.
