Competent, diligent & qualified Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in order processing coordination, erection with Project management, in the field of Mechanical engineering, currently spearheading as the Project Field Service Engineer with the M/s Caelitio Technology, processing industry (Air pollution control equipment).

PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Planning and Scheduling of Project Activities, planning material Procurement and manpower, Erection & Commissioning.

● Design & Drafting of Jigs and fixtures for SPM.

● Expertise in handling Structural designs, ESP, Bag Filters, Industrial Fans, De-dusting Ducting, Chutes & onsite queries solving.

● New developments and improvisation of Louver Dampers, Agitator impellers, Electro Mech solenoid valves and flow analysis of the ESP GD Screen.

● Managing the installation & commissioning of machines & equipments as part of project & coordination with clients and vendors for execution of projects.

● Coordinating activities including work scheduling monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost & time over run.

● Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of Mechanical, Utility, machine up time/ reliability; thereby accomplishing production targets.

● Maintaining all relevant records as per ISO standards.

● To carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.

● Analyzing the breakdown cause of the machine and find out the proper remedies to eliminate it.

● Performing the inventory for the spares. Maintaining minimum spare stock in order to run smooth operation of the plant
