Pre closed with property manager so all refunds were sent To accounting and all write offs we're done so we could close out our books by the 25th of each month per Lincoln's policy. Helped in filling in as acting manger while property manager was out. Contacted vendors to make sure everything was on schedule. Researched ledgers I if we were missing Payments from any subsidized housing authorities. Greeted all prospective prospects and answered phones.
