my daily task for Tyson food where machine operator I was in charge of feeding the meat cutter, meat logs about 7’ft long which varies in three different types,pork,chicken,beef according to the schedule that week would determine which logs would be cut. 1. First thing I had to do before cutting was check my machine for any derby such as old contaminated meat, dirty,bugs,etc.
2. If everything clean and good to go you check you task sheet which would tell you what logs you would be processing.
3. Once you seen the logs being processed I would start feeding them tree my cutter to be turned into packing meat and watch for any jams or overflow while machine processing. Machine Operator
