PROFILE

As safety professional I successfully bring proactive leadership and value to any team. I develop superior working relationships with clients, staff, and sub-contractors alike. Starting from the “ground up” in mineral exploration has given me a greater understanding of what the people in the trenches are doing, and what is effective in managing a safe and productive worksite. I champion and promote a strong Safety Culture with significant inter-disciplinary engagement. I ensure workplace safety compliance with OHS statutory requirements. I also support corporate safety initiatives and contractor HSE pre-qualification, monitoring and performance reviews. I have conducted incident investigations; developed and maintained corrective actions; and provided review and analysis of data on a regular basis for trends, in order to highlight improvements and create relevant educational campaigns.
