Administrative Assistant. Provided first line customer service for telephone and confidential administrative support for the CBA director. Maintained registration database, course rosters, grades, transcripts, certificates and cumis for the online credentialing courses. Worked to multi-task and independently with little supervision. Submits orders and provides VISA documentation, handled and processed vouchers for payment, handled/processed travel, processed queries using PeopleSoft and provided overviews of budget standing and when amendments need to be made. Administrative Assistant. Managed summer and specialty camps (C-CATS, Elderhostel, DSN) registrations for 5 different camps located throughout South Carolina (approx. 2500+ campers.) Processed and assisted with on-campus program registrations. Enter all camper information in a database. Corresponded with participants and their parents to ensure all forms are completed and processed in a timely manner. Tracked and receipted all monies made for deposits and payments in time allotted. Confirmed with the camps to let them know how many campers to expect for each of the weeks as registrations come in and are paid for.
