Checked to see if cases were on the NP6 list. If they were on the list, they would have to be crossed off. If they were not on the list, page 2 on the Famis system would need to be printed to get the customer's address and send to them to the appropriate office.

Printed out the report and letters from the GAAS system for the GA 32 Sanctions. From there, searched for the case number and wrote it on the letters. Made copies of the letters, folded and stuffed the original letter to be mailed out. Then delivered those copies to the Record Room.

GA Run No Payment (Finance). Looked into the GAAS system and selected case search. Then typed in the GA case number and hit submit. When found clicked on the case number and went to the PA1J page. Next checked case and found the workers name and applied to an excel chart and then made copies for each supervisor and delivered them.

GA 30's. prepare a spreadsheet on Excel with the case number, oracle number, last name, first name, date signed and date mailed or sent. If there was no case number on the GA 30 it would be left blank on the spreadsheet. Inputted the case number when finished. Made 2 copies of the spreadsheet and keep 1 copy for office records and gave 1 copy to the Case Bank supervisor with the GA 30's tat needed to be mailed.

Checked the Death Report list to insure the customers on the list from Mercer County were still not active. Also, checked other systems to be sure.

Inputted Medicaid changes and updates in the MES system.

Checked the GA 26 Deferred Status Report matching the case numbers with the deferral end date on the report. Next step would then be check the FAMIS system and print out the address for each case. Once that was done, type up the deferral letters to be sent out to the customers with a MED-1 and due back date. 1 copy was made to be sent out to the customer and 1 copy went to be filed in Case Bank.

Typed up the Quality Assurance Case Reviewed report on Excel and emailed to Administrator when finished.

Filed IRF's in numerical order.

Filled out vouchers for payments to customers from the FLSA Report.

Pulled cases and gave to administrators to look through. Once they were finished, went through the files that they needed to be sort and brought back to the Record Room or Case Processing.

Made deliveries to other offices for Administrators when asked.

Answered telephones in the office and directed customers in the right direction.

Took messages for all Administrators when they were unavailable.

Checked for mail at least twice a day from the mailroom and Director's office and distributed where it needed to go.

Made up the Tuesday night sheet and made sure it was emailed to the correct person.

Distributed all timesheets for IM/Case Bank to the supervisors.

Returned paystubs to Finance when someone was not here.

Took messages from employees when they called out.

Checked the Case Bank mail box and made sure all voicemails were handled.

Pulled cases to look for MED 1's or GA 30's that were needed for Social Security Administration and NJ Disability Determination Services.

Distributed memos to supervisors.
