I hold a strong passion and affinity for growth, innovation and business improvements. Through effective data capture and analysis, the creation of SMART objectives has enabled me to drive continuous improvement, in which, has resulted in significant improvements being realised in efficiency objectives and LEAN aspirations becoming a reality. This has been displayed across several projects including the review of process methodology, process waste and ‘live’ data capture. I have had demonstratable successes, particularly within efficiency drive, that have directly influenced and improved budgeted EBIT targets by +£52K within a six-month period; also offering tangible results reduction of average/standard hours within a year of 21% improvement against a forecasted 5% prediction.
I have developed an ethos and passion for change-management through a number of successful projects that embodies the integration of employee knowledge; with positive engagement and key business drivers to support the modernization and redesign of process and practices. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Effective absence management and company annual leave entitlement in line with Policies and Procedures to maintain operation effectiveness.
-Manage Load vs Capacity in line with planning systems and 4M model to ensure business targets are achieved with care taken in bottle-neck operational areas.
-Attend daily cascade meetings (both at shop floor and senior level) with relevant stakeholders and support functions with current information, escalating issues appropriately to reduce risks to programme.
-Managing local cost centres in line with agreed budgets/KPI’s.
-Confidently supporting customer interfacing when required to support New Launches and Resolve Queries.
-Support monthly reporting to SMT/EXEC on overall performance.
-Champion 6S initiatives with particular focus on single piece flow and safety-related improvements.
-Own and lead HSE for designated areas, with regular reviews of area Risk assessments, safety procedures and experienced as recognised incident controller/Focal for emergency services.

Accountable for the Heat treatment, Test Saw and Main Etching facility (26 heads across 24/7 Shift patterns). Enabling core revenue through NADCAP approved processes and Submission of testing materials for batch release and FAI Goods across the entire titanium and Aluminium portfolio. Actively and confidently engaging across all levels of the business through SQDCP format to ensure that Local and wider business targets are met/ achieved through clear cross functional communication.
HEAVY FABRICATIONS MANAGER – PAB COVENTRY

Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with the customer specifications, Meeting quality and delivery expectations in line with ISO 14001, ISO9001 & IATF 16949. Minimizing Cost where possible and ensuring best working practices are maintained at all times. Responsible for Customer communication at all times, Plant production, financial performance whilst maintaining orderly planned activities. Responsible and accountable for liaising with other departments along with all HR aspects pertaining to the area; whilst ensuring all HSE improvements are driven at pace relating to the personnel, best practices through frequent Risk Assessments (dynamic).
