Processing Warranty claims for three locations in the Fun Town RV dealership as well as trying out a new app for checking in new and transferred RVs to our Tyler location for Vinny Solutions and ensuring all units get placed in our inventory in the proper location.

Camping World Corporate – National Warranty Manager 2024 to 1/14/2025

Review and assist over 30 dealerships unclaimed to make sure every work order is properly claimed and on its way to be paid efficiently. Assisted administrators who would go on leave for different reasons. Performed all work via remote. Went from over $2,000,000 in over 30 days unclaimed warranty to only $100,000 between 3 dealerships in under a year.

Camping World Corporate – Regional Warranty Manager 2023 – 9/2024

Worked on Camping World National Tickets that admins would sent in for manufacturers they did not have portal access for and that were not sold at their dealership for us to submit and claim for them as well as work with admins who were new or taking time off to ensure they never got behind.

Camping World of Tyler – RVDA Certified Warranty Administrator – October 2018 – Present

Processing customers warranty claims locally and nationally to ensure service technicians receive payment for labor and parts that are used to repair the customers' RVs under manufacturers' warranty. Filing, accounts receivables, IDS (Astra) & G2 system, MS Office Suite, sending and receiving parts to manufacturers and vendors for testing. Create estimates in RV Estimator for insurance claims and customers, helped recover payments from old insurance and extended warranty companies forgotten by ex-employees to clean up services a/r reports, as well as weekly reports.
