Achievements
Completed conversion from 1st angle projection to 3rd angle projection of an entire machine project package with about 500 parts, also converted all models from metric to imperial system.
Within a group of 9 individuals produced a 30 parts per minute automated manufacturing system, having PLC programming as my main contribution.
In a 2-steam turbogenerator installation of $10.5M value project. Assumed duties as primary customer contact. Directed project team to turn around contentious situation and saved a threatening account. Won the customer over with our commitment to his needs. Accomplishment: Saved employer's image at national level. The Customer continues to buy equipment, spare parts, training, and service.
