Hello and thank you for taking time out to read my short resume. Not quite retired but looking for part time work.

My background has changed over the past 30 years in Administration, Customer Service and Support.

Briggs & Stratton 1992 - 2001. In 2001 State of WI. (DWD) Dept. Of Workforce Development, UI Division. Position here was as a Claims Specialist III. With enjoyment at Briggs and Stratton I was able to speak with people from all over the world answering their questions regarding our small gas engines.

I'm reliable and very patient. I'm reliable while driving my own personal car. I'm looking for part time work. I'm on Disability and will put effort in all job descriptions. I will keep up in speed and quality. Proud keeper of personal management and attendance.

Taking hundreds of initial claims for claimants by telephone and input via microcomputer using a Windows™ environment weekly. Use direct questioning of the claimant to ensure accuracy of the claim filed and proper employer charging. Reviewing, identifying and clarifying potentially disqualifying issues. Identifying claimants appropriate for profiling services or work search waivers. Investigating and resolving non-complex quit eligibility issues related to the initial claim and authorize non-charging of benefits when appropriate for claimants and employers. While providing direction as to overall program rights and responsibilities.

November 1992 to February 2001 - Product Service Training Administrator: for Customer Education Department. Research, develop and complete projects on a timely basis. August 1993 to November 1995 - Forecaster/Planner: for Distribution Sales & Service Division. Forecasting weekly, monthly, as well as yearly shipments for the fiscal year. Process orders daily for shipments of material produced by Briggs and Stratton Corporation. These are shipments made throughout the United States as well as Canada. Also, telephone communications, with diverse groups of people, accounts receivable adjustments, maintain daily reports of incoming orders and outgoing products. Process orders for well over 60 different accounts, either from our stock or Pallet orders. Also, maintain price changes and scheduling shipments. Maintained complete and accurate records for retention purposes.
