● Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform general maintenance on mechanical and pneumatics on all production equipment

● Adjust, troubleshoot, diagnose Robotic machines

● Verified settings and reviewed history cards to make sure the furnace had the appropriate settings for the parts

● Removed the parts from the tub and loaded them onto the furnace’s conveyor belt; unloaded parts and returned them to the tub with the history cards

● Machine Operation and Assembly that focus on accuracy, quality and timing to produce water and gas connectors

● Operate production machines, robotic and other testing equipment to check parts for defects or damage and to conduct leak tests

● Operate automatic sealers, coilers, flare and burnish machines, insert and testing machines, and strapping machine

● Use machine tools and operate equipment used to coil, flare, flatten, and attach fittings to parts per specifications

● Hang parts onto conveyor line hooks to prepare for the powder coating process; removes and inspects coated parts and places them into appropriate bins
