AREAS OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE
Warehouse Management Instituting Cost Reduction Measures Diplomatic Change Agent for Productivity Improvements Scaling Operations Building & Leading High-Performing Teams Developing Supplier/Partnership Alliances Third Party Logistics Achieving Sustainable Revenue Growth Creating a Shared Supply Chain Management Vision CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Implementing Process Improvements: Collaborated with ES3 sales department to improve product case pick optimization and restructure the shipping of full pallets when the case pick is less than a full top level. When the order is 56 cases and the pallet has 60 total cases (10x6 block), the company will ship a full pallet and the cases selector will get the entire credit for the selection on labor standards. As a result added extra pick slots on sales items to save considerable travel time and replenishments. Scaling Supply Chain Operations Seamlessly: Entrusted by NeuMoDx/QIAGEN senor management with establishing all aspects of a cohesive, cost effective supply chain infrastructure for a medical device/manufacturing startup that grew from 40 employees to 300 employees that included renting space for 2 wet labs as well as a satellite warehouse off-site. Installing a New Commercial Shipping ERP System: Completely revamped for NeuMoDx/QIAGEN with a new ERP system from building of materials that consisted of uploading more than 3,500 parts into the software. Consequently, this proved instrumental in assisting IT programmers with creating and generating the necessary shipping documents (commercial invoices and packing list) through the newly installed ERP system (previously using Excel). Instituting Cost Conservation Measurer: Delivered Yazaki's a cost savings for the sourcing function by sharing the annual forecast with the approved supplier, requiring the pricing for the year, only purchasing 3 months worth plus safety stock. This illustrated company transparency and generated ongoing cost savings. Adoption of new system eliminated the requirement from submitting a large blanket P.O. requiring various signatures and approvals. WHAT OTHERS SAY
