Operate sit down forklift or a stand up reach truck to scan, pick orders and stage in proper area on dock. Sort by scanner and palletize freight according to delivery destination, wrap pallets, print labels and scan, then load onto a specified trailer. When trailer is fully loaded I would secure the load, scan as complete, and close the door for the yard dog to stage the trailer in the yard. When needed I would move to inbound to unload trailers, scan freight as received, wrap pallets, then operating a reach truck, move the freight to an open location within the warehouse shelves, and scan the location for picking reference. Safely operate CDL-A tractor with pre, and post trips completed, fuel truck as needed, hook, and pull flatbed, Conestoga, RGN, double drop as needed per freight to haul per dispatch. Secure load with straps or chains, and tarp the load when required. Deliver the loaded trailer to the company yard and drop for an OTR driver to hook to for delivery.

612-***-**** / Lakeville, MN In May of 2008 I was injured with a Double Inguinal Hernia, the surgeon that completed the procedure did enough damage to my lower abdomen and internal organs that for the next three years I had four more surgical procedures to attempt to repair the damage done which involved a lot of travel to the right abdominal specialist.I have completed years of physical therapy to regain the core strength I had and have built up my body better than it was before my injury. At the Amazon Warehouse my management team claimed I did the work of three people, I attribute that to the strength I built my body to regain to.I have a 24 year transportation history of 16 years of Local air freight route delivery and 8 years of OTR in 41 of the 50 states and Canada, I feel that trucking is my calling and have an immensely strong desire to return to a driving position. I also have 16 years of Haz-mat experience. I have no accidents but one violation of improper lane change in 2015, and one million miles commercial driving in my past.I October of 2016 I did not renew my CDL-A because of the physical restrictions I had at the time, but I did not give up completely and with the physical therapy I am better then before and ready to do whatever is required to drive again. If I could get the opportunity to prove myself I feel I would surprise you with my skills.
