Department of the Navy/ Coronado Naval Base December 2020 – Present Assist Site Manager

• Human Resource Admin, assists with diversified processes for the administrative office of HSC-3 such as, Limdu (limited duty), Transfers, Gain, and EVAL (evaluation).

• Manages and direct staff in the performance of administrative services, mail services, correspondence preparations, and distribution

• Process and assist with all the Transfers, Retirements and Separation, for navy personnel using TOPS, NSIPS, OIX, and SALESFORCE software.

• Provides the required documents for hiring. Check the driver license and social security card, counsel the new employees with the company policies and guidelines

• Specifies the Limdu process for each member which assigned by a certain code such as, 105, 100, 355, and follow up with the process if MEDBOARD recommended. Create Naval Medical Administrative (NMA) folders in line with latest limitations listed.

• Routes the Overseas screening to the CMC, and the CO to sign and once returned will be scanned and email to member’s Physical Evaluation Board Log (PEBLO) overseas.

• Assists members with Dependent Entry Approval (DEA)for overseas transfers such as Japan, and Europe. Send the DEA with the required documents to the new gaining command through OIX for approval.

• Process the HCS-3 members advance travel and air travel with NAVPTO and Memphis office. Review and update travel documents for accuracy.

• Assists the manager and HR with recruiting.

• Ensures work performs with accuracy and according to the State and Federal, and OSHA regulations.
