Impact Press Operator for the company. Made bricks for the glass making furnaces. Used hand and power tools to set equipment to proper dimensions. The next step was to make brick and continuosly measure to ensure quality and dimensions always in specifications. We used different mixes for all the bricks which also had to be checked continuously as well.

As a Conductor I was responsible for the commodity of the train and it safely reaching its destination. I am responsible for the safety of the crew which consist of myself and the locomotive engineer. This is a dangerous job that requires all of your attention. I was on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I had been lated off from this position for almost 2 years and had to find work to provide for my family. I had to use hand tools for position. I started with company as part time to help out while being layed off from full time position at Csx Transportation. It is a production job with various hours. I am responsible for quality, housekeeping and safety. I work as pan helper, bagger, and operator. I had to leave this position to go back to railroad. They put me back to work for a month and then I was once again layed off.
