Sr. Partner Account Manager,
Proactively being aware of the wants and needs of our internal and external stakeholders while simultaneously meeting our corporate goals and objectives.
I was accountable for fostering relationships between internal/external stakeholders, to create a harmonious relation with an open two-way communication channel to ensure a successful partnership; where sharing forecasts, innovation and process improvement is accepted and joint problem solving is used. Sourcing and executing strategic onboarding merchandise vendors by conducting Discovery, RFI, Contract/Pricing Negotiation, Internal Set up and third-party integration connections. Managing the contract lifecycle ensuring adherence to legal, ethical and regulatory requirements and ensuring that contract terms were met. Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and implementing contingency and alternative solutions where needed. Implement and monitor SLA/KPIs using scorecards and dashboards to track and evaluate supplier performance. Acting as the single point of contact for any internal/external stakeholder queries, escalations, or problems, while also strategically analyzing data using PowerBI to identify areas of success, improvement, and leverage to be used in future negotiations.
