Modeling with Respect to Surrounding Components: Creating surface models for dash, floor and wheel house, insulators while maintaining clearance from HVAC units, Electrical wire harness, Steering mechanisms, Brake and fuel pipes,etc.

We will modify the insulator surface accordingly to prevent interference and meet mounting criteria.

Fixing Features & Mounting Preparation:

Add clips, Velcro patches, locator pins, and holes for proper mounting and secure installation.

Create slits and cutouts and apply necessary drafts to accommodate mounting to the vehicle body structure. Ensure hole positions align with body panel attachment points and comply with installation requirements.

Client Communication & Review: Conducting design reviews with Japanese clients, respond to feedback, and adjust design accordingly.

Raise technical queries in Japanese, supported by bilingual documentation.

Concept Design: We Develop initial design layouts using CATIA V5/V6, primarily working within the Generative Shape Design

(GSD) workbench.
