This solution empowers different divisions to create vacancy requests within a structured Power Apps interface. Leveraging Dataverse as its data backbone, NPATS ensures data integrity and security. Power Automate automates the multi-stage approval process, routing requests to designated approvers based on predefined rules. Power BI Report Builder enables the generation of detailed reports, providing valuable insights into vacancy trends and approval timelines. Project 3 Wire Intake Tool

The Wire Intake Tool: The Wire Intake Tool addresses all these issues. It is a centralized tool that is customized to the process requirements. The Wire Intake Tool is a valuable tool that helps TD Bank finance teams process wires more effectively.

Avoids duplicate processing: The tool checks for duplicate wires before processing them. This ensures that wires are only processed once, which saves time and money.

Avoids non-compliant requests: The tool checks for compliance issues before processing wires. This ensures that wires are processed in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. Validates critical fields: The tool validates critical fields in wires before processing them. This ensures that wires are processed accurately and efficiently.

Description Genpact Employee Rewards: Genpact has a rewards program to recognize employees who perform excellent work. The program includes quarterly and yearly team awards.

The R&R application was developed using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to automate the process. The application enables the Human Resources department to open the rewards, and once opened, all eligible managers are automatically informed by email with all the details. Managers can then provide their nominations in the app. The app also requires managers to attach an employee/team picture based on the award category. Finally, on the day of the award announcement, HR publishes the selected nominations on the application. The app also generates an Excel file that HR needs to use for their records. Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Human Resource department as well as operation teams to understand their requirements and developed the app accordingly by understanding each department's needs. The app was developed using Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint. It was used to store app data, maintain Excel files, and employee images on a shared location. Responsive design: The app was built as a responsive app so that it supports multiple devices and screen sizes.

SharePoint integration: The app was integrated with SharePoint to store app data and maintain Excel files and employee images on a shared location. Power Automate Flow: A Power Automate Flow was created to store the pictures on a shared SharePoint folder as soon as a nomination is made. Benefits of the R&R Application: The R&R application has several benefits, including: Automated process: The application automates the rewards process, which saves time and effort for HR.

Efficient communication: The application automatically sends emails to eligible managers with all the details about the rewards. This ensures that managers are aware of the rewards and can provide their nominations on time.
