ICE - ICE sought accreditation for its training programs through the rigorous Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) board requirements. As the lead instructional designer for one of the programs up for accreditation, I collaborated closely with ICE academy directors to revamp it, redesigning the program to meet FLETA standards. The program became the first ICE training program to achieve FLETA Accreditation.
