● I was working on redesigning and modeling a two-sided U-tube heat exchanger using Ansys.

● The materials used in the tubes were stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance.The U-tube heat exchanger was tested for its thermal performance by varying the flow rates and temperatures of the two fluids.

● The experimental results showed that the U-tube heat exchanger had improved thermal performance.The heat transfer coefficient was found to increase with increasing flow rates.

● Produced detailed technical documentation, including analysis reports and design blueprints for future applications in chemical processing and power generation. DEVELOPMENT AND MODIFICATION OF PORTABLE WEARABLE CHAIR POSITION: MECHANICAL DESIGNER

SOFTWARE: CATIA V5, KEY-SHOT, ANSYS.

● In this Project, my objective is to develop and modify the portable wearable chair to make it more ergonomic, comfortable, and Detail oriented for use in various settings.

● Created technical documentation and prototypes, improving design efficiency.
