More than 20 plus years in the customer service, engineering, logistics, procurements, contracts and IT industry supporting military operations. Responsibilities progressed from technical and project level to supporting PEO EIS in the Program Management Office. Direct experience with the day-to-day management of the Army Digital Training Facilities (DTFs) and the Army Digital Training Facilities Managers (DTFMs) both CONUS and OCONUS and the Mobile Digital Training Facilities (MDTFs). This experience includes leading, managing and coordinating the equipment, property accountability, tools and materials necessary to support the DTFs and MDTFs, Quality Control and contract performance management.

Exercise extensive knowledge with the Army’s Automated Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS), Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS), Unit Level Logistics System- S4 (ULLS-S4), Property Book Unit Supply- Enhanced (PBUSE), Battle Command Support Sustainment System (BCS3), and Standard Army Retail System Supply- 1 (SARRS-1), Single Interface to the Field (SIF) and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).

Senior Logistics Analyst

Duties as a Senior Logistics Analyst, which represent the Product Director Management Office, Army Training Information System (PDM ATIS), the primary function is to assist the Chief, Capability Support Division (CSD) in leading/managing the fielding and sustainment efforts. This support shall include but not limited to;

Leadership

Lead a team in the development and maintenance of fielding/logistics documentation, Coordination of DLS/ATIS fielding activities, report preparation, oversee DLS operations, and customer assistance to Digital Training Facilities (DTFs), Mobile Digital Training Facilities (MDTF) and Digital Deployable Training Campus (DDTC), includes site surveys and post-fielding visits to ensure efficient coordination of government and contractors.

Lead the development and issue of Memorandums of Agreement/Interservice Support Agreements between stakeholders and the government are and meet all required program guidelines.

Lead and coordinate and maintain communications with installation DLS/ATIS points of contact; Develop and monitor engineering change proposals;

Conducting inventory adjustment and/or property loss procedures at both organizational and national levels for DLS/ATIS to ensure they fall within the acceptable limits.

Conduct, evaluate, and Monitor Digital Training Facilities Managers training.

Lead a team that provides logistics support and acquisition management advice to Chief, Capability Support Division (CSD), Program Manager of the Army Distance Learning Program. Provides guidance recommendations to government senior level staff with procurement, contracting, logistics, purchasing, inventory, or supply management.

Lead guidance on establishing and maintaining Stock Record Accounts for items to be fielded, providing guidance to PMs on how to issue equipment from supply systems, Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).

Oversee the review of proposed contract language to ensure all necessary clauses and Contract data Requirements List (CDRLs) are included for supportability deliverables in the contract.

Business Acumen

Work on various aspects of material movement in an effort to optimize the timely movement of material and realize cost avoidances.

Collaborate with Property Book Officers at Active and Reserve components to maintain accountability of property within the Digital Training Facilities.

Participates in the Lean Six Sigma process analysis groups and other management process review programs.

Develops short-range and long-range distribution planning with the goal of maintaining the highest state of Army readiness consistent with distribution resources.

Work closely with command organization while assessing and recommending the feasibility of proposed approaches to solve highly complex problems.

Prepares and presents reports, studies, cost analyses, and briefings to staff and customers as needed. Identifies and resolves highly complex logistics issues.

Researching information and/or entering property information into Supply Systems such as Army Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A), Property Book Unit Supply- Enhanced (PBUSE), and Department of Defense (DoD) DPAS.

Provide support and guidance in the preparation, design, and building of Digital Training Facilities.

Responsible for site infrastructure development, site surveys, logistics management of all DTF’s.

Provide integrated MANPRINT and logistics support as the principle logistics manager for fielding DTF’s.

Provide support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Working Groups and Configuration Control Boards (CCB).

Leading Change

Lead the development and maintenance of the Supportability Strategy and provided input to the development of the Material Fielding Plan.

Lead the development and review of the TRADOC 1-N listing providing the fielding schedule for all DTF’s worldwide.

Lead in developing the Digital Training Facility Manager SOP; the Computer Operations Manual and Student SOP; develop and maintain templates of the MOA/ISA, Pre-Survey Questionnaire, and Site Acceptance Checklist; Administration of all relational databases Database design, development, maintenance, and backup.

Develop and maintain databases for the Increment 2 DTF Manager(s) Utilization Reports, Asset/Inventory Management; Responsible for integrating Item Unique Identification (IUID) into the respective processes and compliance; Maintain DLS Courseware Testing Result database.

Maintain DTF Site Information Listings; Administer majority of the relational databases Database design, development, maintenance, security and backup.

Devises and implements application optimization relative to data storage and retrieval application requirements; Create and maintain a data dictionary and meta-data repository.

Performs database design, modeling and implementation of new database structures; Establish standard approaches for sharing data between applications and different database systems.
