As a temp taker I made sure all trucks were in temperature,cleaned,& safe to load before products go on for a dock of maybe 15 trucks . I had to take notes of each truck & document the temperatures each truck was in at what time. I used walkie talkie to communicate with supervisor when trucks are ready & product is ready to be loaded & sent out . I also communicated with loaders to let them know when things are ready to load & assist with them in loading with my down time .
