Writes modifications when contractual documentation needs some sort of revision or adjustment.
Mentoring
Mentor 51C’s in various aspects of contracting to include proper ways of procurement, how to complete various forms and how to write various contract actions.
Use of numerous contracts in varying stages of development.
Use of multi-year, labor intensive service contracts.
Changes in the technical requirement design concepts or due to differing site conditions discovered during the contract.
Need for in-depth cost analysis, audit and technical evaluation reports regarding performance capabilities and proposed/projected costs.
