Opto Investments is a well-funded Series A WealthTech startup at the intersection of Wall Street and Silicon Valley that leverages cutting edge technology to create access to private markets investing. I was asked to join Opto by the founding team to establish the talent function, build out the early teams and position the business to scale.
• Established Opto Investments' inaugural end-to-end talent system, transitioning from zero to fully operational.

Galvanize Inc, Remote (EdTech Startup-500+ EEs-Distributed Teams-High Volume Growth) TECHNICAL RECRUITER/EXPERT– TALENT AS A SERVICE (Jan 2020-June 2021) Galvanize is a next gen Edtech company offering technical training and development in software engineering and data science throughout the tech ecosystem, from beginner to advanced developers. I held a dual role here, as both an embedded technical recruiter responsible for the talent pipelines in the high-growth enterprise division, including software engineering instructors, data science instructors and sales. I also led on a special client facing, revenue generating team called Talent as a Service, which was responsible for the sourcing, upskilling and direct placement of mid-senior level developers/technical talent.
