Senior Data Analyst

Working with MS SQL Server databases, the Talend software (creating jobs to make connections to MS SQL Server tables, queries, stored procedures and run those jobs to update data in the SQL Server tables).

Use Snowflake to run queries and export data to SQL Server and Excel. Use Python to automate and schedule reports.

Projects I worked while I was working for the Unitedhealth Group:

1.Use SQL Service queries and stored procedures in the SSRS and Power BI to create and analysis Risk Level reports (the data was taken from the SQL server Snowflake database and then used to create a daily Risk Level report using the SQL query). The data from the Risk level report has been compared with the data from the standard software that was updated on daily basis. When some inconsistencies found, I created a ticket to the IT department requesting to fix those inconsistencies. That fixing took usually one – two days.

To run and schedule the Risk Level reports, I use the Python code.

2.To create the complex SQL queries, I have to join tables using different typed of table joining such as

inner join, right and left joins as well as full join.

3.I used the Talend software to make data transfer from one system to another (usually, from a flat file to the table in the SQL Server database. To do that, I created several Talend jobs and run those jobs every morning.

4.I created some stored procedures as well used those created by someone else to update some tables in the SQL Server Databases on daily basis (add/delete some columns, modify filters for data in columns).
