Arthur Cooper

Arthur Cooper is a founder of Optimum7 (since 2005) presently responsible for new client acquisition. Cooper, until August of 2019, was the President and CEO of Optimum7, at which time, at 68, Cooper sold his half of Optimum7 to his longtime partner, Duran Inci. Cooper has stayed on in a dual capacity of Special Advisor to the CEO as well as sales / new major client acquisition.

Arthur’s major aspiration is to grow Optimum7’s business through major new sales as well as gaining long term client relationships and further providing the best advice, guidance, and consultation to Duran. Arthur remains as excited and optimistic as ever at to the growth potential and characteristics of the company so remains actively involved although he is well into traditional retirement years.

Previously:

• Owner of ACTEL, Inc. a public telecom company specializing in operations and consultation in the public pay telecom industry from 1987-2013.

• Distributor of Computer Graphics Equipment including design stations and digital film recorders sold primarily to the A/V industry as well as to CGI firms primarily in the movie industry.

• Held all levels of sales positions ranging from field sales to sales management as well as VP of Sales
