March 2018 - Current

PetsmKeaprtt fuAlul ssctehlel,dGueleorogfiaappointments by earning repeat business and marketing services to capture new

KennceusaswtoGmaers.

Helped customers pets improve hair health and appearance with better products and routines.

Create weekly schedules for all of the salon staff, booking appointments to keep our business continuing to grow.

Doing payroll for my salon associates every Monday, along with weekly conference calls with our entire district of 18 salon leaders as well as our DM and District academy trainer. To help collaborate with new ways to grow our business as well as maintain/improve our sales plan for each week. Also communicating new ideas to help each one of my associates to grow and evolve within the company.

Making sure each and every customer is happy and satisfied with the services we did on their pet. Reaching out and contacting unhappy clients via email or phone to see how we can create the best experience for them moving forward. Reading weekly surveys customers have left and coaching associates on how to improve on certain things that were mentioned if a customer was not happy or celebrating the great surveys

customers left and how important it is we are doing everything we can to receive those great customer surveys and making the pet and pet parent 100% happy so we will retain them as future customers. Also making sure each associate is being safe with the pets in our care. Petsmart has very high standards with safety and not putting anyone at risk for an incident. I also review video footage each week in the salon to see how the associates are doing when I am out of the building, to help coach on poor or excellent performance. I also attend quarterly conference meetings with our district to review everyone's salon performance and we celebrate goals we have each met. In 2019 I received the award for being one of the top 5 salons in the country to have exceeded our salon plan over $36,000 for the year.

I handle and address every salon complaint by using my excellent customer service skills I have developed in my 14 years of being a Pet Stylist. I will do whatever I can to make sure each of our customers are happy and continue to trust and use us for all future services for their pet.

I check and respond to emails daily, as well as keep tract of each of my stylist metrics which include how much they made in sales for the week, what their average tickets were. How much they increased their average ticket for the week by selling sand recommending add on packages. I use this tool to do monthly one on one meetings with my associates to help develop them and encourage them to grow their business and make more money for themselves as they are paid by commission. We set monthly goals and I help them to achieve them and believe in themselves to further their career.

I take pride in my job and want to be the best leader I can for my associates. In turn I want all of our customers to be happy and want to use us for their pets needed.
