Current Experience:

Fulton Independent School District: January 26, 2022-January 6, 2025, Community Education Director. Attend civic club meetings (joined Rotary and Kiwanis, elected president of both clubs.) Represent FISD at various civic meetings, represent school system at Banana Festival, Implement opening day breakfast for 130 people from community, current staff, and retired employees. I organized the first Vehicle Career Fair held in the Fulton High School parking lot. The event grew each year to 30 local businesses represented in May 2024. In addition, I organized Veteran’s Day programs, Black History programs, academic awards programs. As liaison between the school system and community, I organized and supervised the Miss Banana Festival each year, as well as Miss Twin Cities. As president of the Fulton Rotary Club, I was the implementer of JUMP INTO SPRING on LAKE STREET, a community event to bring awareness of the need to “SHOP SMAL” to benefit downtown merchants, In addition I organized the fundraiser called, “PENNIES FOR THE POUND,” a fundraiser for the Fulton Dog Pound. This fundraiser raised over $2,000 which went to Spey and neuter dogs and cats, plus but food for the animals. During my tenure as FULTON ROTARY CLUB PRESIDENT, our club grew in membership and won numerous DISTRICT 5710 STATE AWARDS.
