Collaborated with client/ EHR vendor/ 3rd party vendor resources to accurately determine current state needs, applications, interfaces, data-pools of the entire health system to ensure the future-state encompassed all the client needs. Reported progress weekly for my team and internal JMC personnel to enterprise leadership via reports and presentations. Worked in concert with client-side resources to identify challenges and test proposed solutions to resolve any issues throughout the interface validation process. Coordinated with client-side leadership and Epic resources to develop a Go Live Cutover strategy which ensured a smooth cutover process between AWS, Epic and 90+ 3rd party vendors following the technical conversion.
