Lakeland Regional Health. Primary Care/Walk In Clinic. Diagnose and treat chronic conditions, acute illness and injury, perform clinic testing, and procedures done in a typical walk in clinic/urgent care setting (COVID, flu, mono, and strep testing, etc). Treat patients for exacerbations of chronic conditions and educate them on how to manage their health. Perform primary care including ordering and interpreting lab work, xrays, and health maintenance. Treating patients from ages 2 and older. Also did telehealth visits when needed. Dec 2021-Oct 2022. Left with notice for better work-life balance.
UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME, Provided triage, assessment, nursing care, and CLIA waved diagnostics in student health center walk-in clinic. Treated faculty and staff for workers’ compensation injuries. Provided first aid and emergency medical treatment for event guests. Worked at large-scale COVID testing site on campus doing rapid COVID testing, PCR COVID testing, rapid strep throat swabs, and influenza testing. Jan 2010—present.
