As a Mechanical engineering professional, I have fulfilled multiple roles in my 12 years of overall experience. Got trained and executed several stages of Product life cycle with good level of autonomy. Even while working remotely. In my current role, I’m working as Senior engineer for home appliance field. My role at Tech Mahindra as Associate Team Lead/Sr. Engineer (onsite & Off shore) allowed me to get knowledge on product development with implementing different stage Gates according to product introduction to market. Main focus is on leading the team of 6 to achieve projects goals. Coordinating and mentoring team members. I believe myself as a good team player, Problem solver, Open to debate, Open and Enthusiastic to learn new things and go getter. Working in an active manufacturing environment in most of professional life gave me a greater edge in understanding and implementing the practical aspects of manufacturing into my designs which otherwise difficult to learn otherwise. GTEC WHIRLPOOL (INDIA):-
• I100 COOKTOP MODEL WITH CONFIGURABLE CAD
Previously Master assemblies are done with calling the cad from windchill and creating new part numbers and assembled in Creo but with this configurable cad I used variant builder with skeleton gives us choices to choose the SKU
• GOLDEN SAMPLE FOR WALL OVEN PROJECT - Golden Sample means a master assembly which contains different SKU so that by using options pool set in windchill we will choose our product by creating variant specification along with that connect EBOM to MBOM by using MPM link so that Manufacturing BOM is ready to build the assembly.
