Am in charge of the kitchen,I send orders on the pass and make sure food goes out in good expectations.i do stock take and go round to supervise my junior workers making sure all section are kept clean.fridges are clean and pack nicely and I make sure fifo is done all the time.stocks are counted and maintained in good condition.
