I've been an Appointment Setter for over 13 years, and I am more than comfortable with speaking with clients and gaining a great degree of their confidence quickly. The ultimate goal for myself on a call with a client is to always get them to open up and express what their current concerns truly are, or how to address what unforeseen obstacles and concerns in the very near future. I have been humbly and consistently at the head of the class in terms of meeting and exceeding company weekly, monthly, and annual appointment goals as well as having the highest appointment turnover sale rates. Of course, I always give credit where credit is due, because I've had many great teachers and coaches throughout the years.

Duties: My position requires me to make cold calls to home and business owners who may have been negatively impacted by Hurricanes, floods, vandalism, and etc., with the goal of scheduling our Public Adjuster to perform a full property inspection. We are manually dialing about 500 calls a day per person. Our goal is to help get owners far more for their claims than they ever could on their own. I like to ask open ended questions to increase potential client engagement and overall appointments set. We use Ready mode for our CRM and dialing system as well as Slack for daily communications.
Being that I have had some extensive experience in Appointment setting, and I was also offered a Coaching position. This position requires me to preform New Team member training, Team member call reviews, weekly coaching on new up-to-date sales technics and business knowledge, creating an email template for the Team to use to assure compliance and a credibility, storm monitoring, and weekly upper management insights given for Team growth and company success, including sharing different marketing avenues that I am familiar with.

Duties: My position requires me to call a daily average of 200 or more cold call leads to retirees and future retirees to confirm their information and asking detailed qualifying questions for a free book which outlines retirement mistakes that they should consider and avoid. With the end goal of setting them up for a phone conversation with one of our retirement specialists/financial advisors. I am happy to say that I consistently averaged well over the company's projected goals.

Duties: I would make cold and warm contact calls to homeowner with the interest of making them an offer for their property. My job was to verify a few details about their property, answer any questions about our process, and then schedule an appointment with our Home Buying Specialist for a face-to-face home meetup with the owner or a phone and Zoom meetup. We used the CRM system Podio for daily reports and success logs.
I love working for the company and learned a lot about the business! Yet, I feared that the company owner's extreme political leanings have really hurt the Realty office and our bottom line. I love the guy, but when he put up a huge political sign on the outside of the business, that was a bit much for me. My weekly numbers are still great, though judging by my recent calls and their responses, things have definitely shifted and are changing for the worse sadly.

Duties: My position requires making cold calls and requesting the permission to conduct short and simple surveys with the local public. The surveys varied from environmental, health, social concerns, and various political topics. We call all over the nation, with all calls to be made in the afternoon and evening for peek contact and engagement purposes.

Duties: This position required calling and emailing homeowners with details about our solar home systems as well as other home services that we offer. Sending them emails with details about equipment, savings percentages, and comparative cost ratings of our competitors. Follow up call backs with potential buyers who were on the fence and haven't yet decided to cross the bridge. Usually after sending my personally created and unique email the client ended up being converted into a sale.
I created clickable visual tabs for my emails sent, so that the client had enough details to provide answers for 85% - 90% of average questions and concerns. I received a lot of company praise for thinking outside of the box for this.

It was a joy to help seniors decide what the best options for their medical needs would be and assisting them with questions and concerns to assure confidence in our companies' product fitting their needs.
