4. Assures each Residential Counselor provides a current telephone number by which he/she may be reached expediently
5. Provides each Residential Counselor with the support, direction, supervision, demonstration and follow- up needed to insure that their assigned clients acquire appropriate community integration skills. This includes, but is not limited to, assuring the clients’ participation in residential and community based leisure and social activities, assuring access to community amenities, encouraging communication with family and friends, encouraging and assisting individuals in developing and utilizing effective self-determination and self-advocacy skills and encouraging, instructing and supporting individuals in developing the functional life skills and assuming the responsibilities required for successful integration into the community
6. Provides supervision and support to Residential Counselors during any transitions such as Emergency room visits, residential moves, etc.
7. Assures transportation is available to clients as required by programmatic needs, including assuring that clients utilize community based transportation and assuring they receive training in use of such transportation
8. Insures that the Residential Counselors are familiar with the daily proactive schedule, assures the schedule is visible to clients and assures the schedule is followed 9. Assures that individuals participate in all required/scheduled meetings, appointments and daily activities
10. Assures that Just Community Meetings are conducted at least once weekly and completes written documentation of these meetings

Assures that appropriate follow up/corrective action is taken in response to problems or deficiencies identified during Program Observations and records Audits as appropriate 17. Assures promotion of clients’ values and rights through continuous monitoring of quality of service. Identifies barriers to the delivery of services specified in the Individual Plan and provides immediate follow up with the residential staff; if necessary, contacts appropriate management staff for additional support and follow-up
18. Assures staffing ratios are in compliance with those designated in clients’ Individual Plans and assures compliance with Agency Policies and U.S Department of Labor Wage and Hour laws 19. Maintains Medical and Program Records to assure records are current, orderly and contain all required documentation
