Short Description of Thesis

In this project bacterial strains were isolated from diabetic pus samples and identified through different biochemical and morphological tests. Then to treat the bacterial infection bacteriophage were used and activity of bacteriophage was checked by spot assay and plaque assay. Then to proceed this experiment in-vivo study was designed, in which diabetes was induced in mice and then wound was generated through biopsy punch and infect with bacterial strain (S.aureus) and then bacterial infection was treated with bacteriophage and for healing purpose stem cell condition medium was used. Short Description of Thesis

In this project food samples such as wheat, milk and mutton meat was used and different allergenic protein were extracted by using standard protocols and then SDS gel was run to check the weight of allergenic proteins.
