Social and statutory Compliance:

Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant local laws for all positions
Develops program that ensures all employees are familiar with their KRA and KPI’s.
Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys
Ensures all employment practices comply with local regulations
Actively hiring trainees under NAPS programs as per compliance.
Training and Development
Oversee the comprehensive drive for Competencies Gap Analysis on all levels.
Identify training needs of employees for skills development according to their job profile and Prepare training calendar.
Schedule External and Internal Trainings as per TNI.
Ensure and co-ordines timely training as per schedule.
Training Effectiveness and Feedback Reports.
Conduct Training Assessment.
Also oversee Hiring under NAPS Program
Employee Engagement Activities
Plan to organize employee’s engagement activities on Monthly basis.
Handles investigation and resolution of employee’s issues, concern and conflict.
Plan to organise HR Aapke Dwar, Games Activity (Volley Ball, Tug of war, Cricket,), festival celebration, Health Checkup Camp, Family Get together etc.
Monthly Kaizen activity
Organizing communication meetings on all levels to get feedback for improvements.
Quarterly Rewards and Recognition plan for staff and workers
Performance Management System
Initiate performance Appraisal Process of all the employees on all level.
Schedule Appraisal interview with HODs and their subordinates and discuss their achievement and area of improvements.
Issue appraisal Letters.
Organisational Development
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Formulation and Implementation of Company Policies and Procedures
Succession planning for critical Positions.
Implementation of New strategies for Organization Growth
Organizational chart mapping with positions department wise.
Attentive on cost reductions and budgeting.
Team Management
Guide and support team members as and when they need.
Proper monitoring on daily assigned task as per DWM schedule.
Encourage and motivate them for fulfilling their job.
Exit Formalities
Conduct Exit Interviews and ensure smooth Exit formalities
