Preventative Maintenance Manager
Implemented Preventative Maintenance program within my department, scheduling, delegating, training, organizing, controlling and evaluating manpower and material resources used to support maintenance to over 2,500 pieces of equipment, saving the Navy and tax payers over $30,000,000 in preventative measures, earning the Navy and Marine Core Achievement medal.
Trained, qualified, and supervised 30 personnel on how to identify and report discrepancies within the program.
Mentor Sailors and which resulted in 15 promotions, 1 Sailor of the Year, 3 Blue Jacket of the Year, 5 Sailors of the quarter, 7 Blue Jackets of the quarter, 10 Sailors of the week, and 17 Sailors qualifying for Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist.
