Overview
Patient Appointment Reservation and Reporting System (PARRS): Patient Appointment Reservation and Reporting application that supports on-line booking of patient appointments on physician daily schedules. Begun in 1987, it maintains a history of when appointments were offered, booked, canceled or completed by location, department & type.
Transcription Results Reports System (TRRS): Transcriptionists use built-in word processing function to transcribe radiology results into tracking system where they are tracked and uploaded to the mainframe. Standardize and streamline diagnostic imaging reporting.
PATDEM: The PATDEM application is a clinical data warehouse for patient demographic information for all Northern CA clinical applications. Reported and corrected bad MRN situations are collected from Foundation Systems and made available for MRN research to support quality patient care and service. Correction history comments are collected weekly from Foundation Systems and are also available for viewing. Updates of clinical patient demographic information is sent to Foundation Systems to ensure synchronization of clinical and membership information.

Overview
Patient Follow-up System(PFS):The Patient Follow-Up System (PFS) is designed to track patient's positive laboratory results for the OB/GYN department and Women Health Clinic/Center by way of Alerts, Cases and Events. Patient Alerts are received from the Patient Laboratory Results System or created by the facility's OB/GYN department or Women Health Clinic/Center. A Case is opened for the patient that contains Alert information with Event(s) data such as follow-up appointment(s) and/or follow-up laboratory test(s).
Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS):Captures patient referral, procedure & scheduling, procedure complication data for cardiovascular patients.
Optical Eligibility Verification System (OEVS): Tracking system for optical benefit utilization and extended purchase agreements.
Admission, Discharge, and Transfer System (ADT):Utilization, clinical, cost and operations analysis. Collects, maintains info. Documenting an individual patient's stay in a KFH, or specialized outpatient services provided at a KP hospital. Provides real-time info. About patient location & care.
