I assisted Rob Sinclaire in setting up an Offsite with BRMA at the Learning Center, ordered catering and set up and cleaned up the Venue, going the extra mile by providing name tags for all attendees, getting clearance for two speakers whom were Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Agents. While assisting Rob Sinclaire I ran back and forth to 635 Sacramento and assisted Heidi Beacham with her two day Offsite providing meeting set up and printing copies for her Team, setting up catering and cleaning up the conference room. Escorting visitors into both venues and getting all badge access. I ran back for two days between meetings for Heidi Beacham and Rob Sinclaire. Day two I assisted Heidi and ran back and forth to the 550 California Street 8th floor assisting Brad Strothkamp Team in the Shamrock conference room.
I assisted Robin Cusimano on her two day offsite and ran between conference rooms to assist with Mimi Main baby shower, assisting with cake pick up and printed out all game cards, decorating and cleaning up the conference rooms. Even managing to not waste food by sharing the catering between the offsite and baby shower. Being a host to the visiting Team Members.
I assisted the 550 California Street 8th floor by meeting caters and setting up and prepping the Shamrock and Lightening Conference rooms for visiting Team Members from Model Risk who report directly to Amanda Norton whom reports directly to Wells Fargo CEO Timothy Sloan. Assisting all of the Executive Level Leaders and their teams with audio and visual, printing out documents and being the point contact for the teams EA located in Charlotte.
I go above and beyond in my artistry as an Executive Administrative Assistance to my Team and Wells Fargo as a whole, giving all of my vast knowledge in clerical and networking skills to the company, as well as being hands on with every Manager and Team Member treating everyone equally and applying all of my Vision and Values as requested by Wells Fargo.

Cleaning out office suites and packing the entire kitchen, packing cabinets and cleaning out all closets and cabinets and restrooms. Removing waste and prepping for Service West to pick up. I unpacked and stocked the entire kitchen and all of the cubicles and office, setting up each one to be able to use by Team Members. I am currently assisting still in the upcoming January 2019 merging of the second floor with the 8th floor.
