BAMS, the Brinks ATM Management System, is an intranet program that the ATM personnel use to manage the ATM business. The Application contains various modules such as Management, Bulk Shipments, Scheduling, Replenishment, ATM Settlement, Treasury Settlement, Reporting, and Variance Tracking. With BAMS, authorized personnel can accomplish the following tasks: Manage Region and Branch records (BAMS Administrators only) Manage contract and customer records (BAMS Administrators only) Store ATM information Handle inbound and outbound bulk shipments Schedule service Record 5

information about replenishments and produce the necessary paperwork Settle ATM receipts and reconcile treasuries Generate Reports for internal and external use Notifications The Information is stored in a central database. BAMS products follow an n-tiered architecture approach and make use of object- oriented patterns or frameworks.

The iBAMS Application allows all the Customers of Brinks’ to access the BAMS information over the Internet and generate reports on the services rendered to their ATMs. The Customers will also be able to view Excel based reports already generated in the BAMS application. The Data required by the iBAMS application is migrated from the BAMS database to the iBAMS database on a nightly basis. All the data access from iBAMS database would be only Read only and no updates will be made to those databases from the iBAMS Application.
