Upon employment I was hired as a Technical Specialist. This was Tier 1 technical support for laundry and kitchen appliances. This involved troubleshooting and solving issues, or setting service appointments. I then moved to Third Party Solutions, which was the escalations team for customer support, taking escalated calls from members, creating cases, finding appropriate solutions and concessions and closing the case. This department was outsourced, therefore, we were moved to Repair Parts Solutions. This involved the tracking of backordered parts, sending the part into research when no longer available, setting service, creating cases to monitor through to completion, and providing concessions when necessary. This is inbound as well as outbound using the Avaya dialer. During this time, I took an interim Front Desk Administrative Assistant position in the HR Department while the Administrative Assistant was out on maternity leave. I greeted applicants, assisted with the application process and assessments, provided badges and obtained ID's for second interviews, provided paperwork to fill out and informed the HR Assistant when they arrived. Also, when vendors and visitors arrived, obtained proper ID, signed them in and provided their badge. Maintained petty cash for the snack machine vendor, routed employees to proper assistant regarding employment, payroll and other personal issues. Maintained appearance of front lobby at all time.
