Developed productivity-based desktop software as well as web-based middleware solutions to supplement and improve the standard desktop. For example, created a web application for IT support staff to interface with PC deployment infrastructure.

Developed the virtual desktop infrastructure to help extend the life of mission critical applications on legacy systems while providing users the ability to receive the latest standard platform to test application compatibility.

Assisted development teams with application remediation efforts as key components of standard desktop software were upgraded.

Collaborated with security architects and business lines to implement a least privileged user access model with minimal interruption to end users and application owners.
