I was recruited to come in and develop the network side of the company.

At that time they were only doing the CCTV portion of the work. The main customer was United Hospitals. I would travel across the country to their requested hospitals for an entire low voltage and network system upgrades evaluation. I would evaluate their entire network. What do they have for fiber, switches, servers, cable, etc. Do they need underground boring, new racks, cabinets, etc. Put together a scope of work and an initial quote and discuss the recommendations for a complete upgrade with the customer. Come to an agreement about how they want to proceed and then send over the quote. Once projects were approved, start and coordinate hiring of contractors, securing materials, manage and complete projects
