Helped a CEO client start a sales force and delegate selling. Tripled NPS scores and recurring revenue. • Developing New Business – Focused on key accounts, developed new offerings and led major account penetra'on ini'a'ves. Helped grow into a $120 M prac'ce and increase staff from 7 to 166 from 1994-2000 primarily by selling new enterprise change services to exis'ng clients.
• Client Service – Helped sell and lead the process and change management work streams in a major technology engagement that transformed the core systems of a Baby Bell from analog to digital – billing, sales and service, long distance re-entry.
• Prac4ce Management - Coordinated the account plans of the 22 partners involved. This effort navigated 3 mergers and was the firm’s largest single global client, with revenue over $100 M annually for six straight years. Co-created an on-boarding program for experienced hires that cut that group’s aCri'on by over half. Helped create communi'es of prac'ce to foster professional development and broaden the range of service offerings. • Designed and led implementa'on of an environmental health, safety and quality management system that cut Mobil Oil’s lost 'me accidents and environmental compliance costs by a factor of 10. The approach was later benchmarked by NIST and became the basis of ISO 14001.
