Job Responsibilities: Working as a Residential Engineer for Emerson make Delta V DCS system in Meghna PVC Limited (MGI Group) and Samuda Chemical Limited (T.K Group)

Well trained and deeply involved in the operating of following instrumentation system

Daily involve in routine maintenance of Delta V DCS system.

Knowledge of configuring and faults diagnosis of DELTA V DCS system (EMERSON MAKE). The system has EWS, OWS and ROWS including RIO panel. Also, system has backup and recovery system, historian server, and OPC server.

Knowledge in installation and commissioning of Emerson make Delta V DCS system. Worked with commissioning team for during initial installation and upgrade.

Modification and configuration of software logic in Delta V DCS Batch system.

Modification and configuration of software logic in Delta V DCS SIS system.

Involved in routine and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation system in 410 TPH capacity of VCM and PVC plant.

Involved in routine and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation system in 315 TPH capacity of Caustic Soda plant.

Configuration of different types of smart transmitter (Level, flow, temperature, vacuum, pressure) using Emerson make AMS Trex.

Installation and commissioning of different make of control valve (Samson, Dembla, Fisher).

Calibration of different types of transmitter & electro pneumatic positioner of control valve using AMS Trex (Emerson make).

Technical comparison and vendor’s evaluation for materials procurement.
